Dear Valued VISA CheckCard Customer:

On June 18th, 2009 your NEW Commercial Bank Visa CheckCard was mailed out and should be in your hands. Your new card comes with several enhancements designed to REWARD YOU for your loyalty!! This card will replace your old Visa CheckCard; however, it will NOT BE USABLE UNTIL 12:01AM ON JULY 8TH, 2009. On July 8, 2009 please destroy your old Visa CheckCard and begin using the new enhanced Commercial Bank Visa CheckCard.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BELOW

Your new Visa CheckCard will have a different number, authorization code, and expiration date, therefore those of you who have automatic transactions attached to the card number (PayPal, bills, online accounts, etc.) will have to make a change to the new Visa CheckCard information effective 12:01AM ON JULY 8th, 2009. Your checking account number is NOT CHANGING; it is only your Visa CheckCard information.

You may activate it before July 8th, 2009 using the automated voice system at 1-866-392-9952. On or after July 8th, 2009 you may also activate your card with your PIN at any ATM or any merchant location.

You deserve a reward and we at Commercial Bank agree. As you wisely spend your hard earned money we would like to enhance your checkbook and enrich your life. Your new card will have a “Points2U” logo prominently displayed on the front and will allow you the opportunity to earn points towards travel, select valuable merchandise, and even downloadable music.

So remember, your NEW Commercial Bank Visa Check Card will NOT BE USABLE UNTIL 12:01AM ON JULY 8th, 2009. Your old Visa CheckCard will work through 11:59 PM on July 7, 2009.
